Queensland Eight Ball Federation – QLD Cup Logo Usage Disclaimer

The Queensland Eight Ball Federation Incorporated (QEBF) grants permission to its affiliated members and associations to use the QLD Cup logo on team uniforms and apparel for the purpose of representing their participation in Queensland Eight Ball Federation sanctioned competitions.

Use of the QLD Cup logo is subject to the following conditions:
1. The logo must not be altered, modified, or reproduced in a way that changes its original design, colours, or proportions without prior written approval from QEBF.
2. The logo may only be used on uniforms and apparel associated with QEBF affiliated competitions and activities.
3. The use of the logo must not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or commercial partnership with any third party without the prior written consent of QEBF.
4. The QLD Cup logo remains the intellectual property of the Queensland Eight Ball Federation Incorporated at all times.
5. QEBF reserves the right to revoke permission to use the logo if it is used in a manner deemed inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the values and objectives of the Federation.
By using the QLD Cup logo, affiliated members acknowledge and agree to comply with these conditions.
