Player Eligibility & Qualification: The player must be a financial member of the QEBF and the Affiliated Association they are representing. To ‘Represent’ an Association the player must have played in a minimum of FIVE (5) Association Team Fixtures. The eligibility ‘played’ period is based on the current calendar year.
